4. A consumer calls in and advises they have noticed smoke coming from their solar inverter. The Consumer has an LG solar battery on-site that was recently replaced under recall.​ Is this a potential Serious Incident?
5. A consumer calls in and advises that firefighters have removed an LG solar battery that was swelling and have moved it to a safer location. The battery was not smoking, sparking or showing any other signs of fault, aside from swelling.​​ Is this a potential Serious Incident?
6. A consumer calls in and advises that there was a blackout recently and their LG solar battery is not turning back on after it has tripped. There are error lights on the inverter showing a battery fault, and the battery is swelling.​​ Is this a potential Serious Incident?
7. If you aren't sure if an issue is a potential Serious Incident, what should you do?
